  • As
    a Geth & Prysm POS Developer, you will play a crucial role in
    enhancing the performance, efficiency, and security of our blockchain
    network

  • Contribute
    to the security architecture of the network, identifying and addressing
    potential vulnerabilities.

  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design
    specifications for the new blockchain platform.

  • Architect,
    develop, and implement core blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms,
    and cryptographic algorithms, such as, but not limited to,

  • Develop
    and maintain Geth and Prysm POS client implementations for blockchain
    networks, ensuring high performance and reliability,

  • Build
    and manage EVM nodes to support decentralized applications and smart
    contracts, contributing to network scalability and efficiency.

  • Implement
    vault, staking, LRT, and LST token functionalities, supporting the
    development of decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of
    experience in Geth & Prysm development

  • Minimum of 5 years of core
    software development experience using Java, Python, Go or Rust

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    computer science or similar relevant education background.

  • Strong experience with
    Ethereum client implementations, particularly Geth and Prysm, including
    familiarity with Ethereum 2.0 specifications.

  • Solid understanding of
    blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and smart contract
    development.

  • Strong analytical and
    problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex
    issues.

  • Excellent communication and
    teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
    cross-functional teams.

  • A genuine interest in
    blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation and
    decentralization.

  • Experience with other
    Ethereum clients such as Nethermind or Besu.

  • Knowledge of
    containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with DevOps
    practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
    pipelines.

  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or
    active participation in the blockchain community
