Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Location: Hybrid, In-Office 3 days per week
Starting Pay: $110,000+ depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Lead BI Analyst is responsible for leading the data analytics team to provide insights and reporting driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves overseeing the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data to support strategic goals, optimize business processes, and enhance customer experiences. The Lead BI Analyst ensures that the organization leverages data as a key asset to gain competitive advantages and achieve its objectives.
Develop and implement the data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the data analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities where data analytics can add value.
Collaboration with the Data Engineering team to prioritize data to collect, clean, and organize.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports with a focus on Tableau/Power BI for delivering impactful and actionable visual insights.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Maintain the Dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Tableau that the business uses to run day to day operations.
Act as the primary contact with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and turn those requests into actionable work for the Data Analytics team.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Advocate for the use of data-driven approaches across the organization.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment identifying value to add to the company and taking initiative to provide solutions.
Able to take new ideas from “0-to-1” in regard to new analytics frameworks or methods.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve data analysis capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analytics processes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
Experience in the Debt or Finance industries a strong plus but not strictly required.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Expertise in SQL for querying, optimizing, and transforming large datasets.
Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data warehousing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
Proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects and initiatives.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights; Proven ability to create intuitive and compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI" to ensure reporting proficiency is clear.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to approach problems creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analytics with business objectives.
