We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing insights that enhance our product offerings, business operations, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
   

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
   

1. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
   

1. Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and data governance.
   

1. Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations, maintaining the highest standards of information security.
   

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
   

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role
   

1. Knowledge in SQL and experience with any BI tools is preferred
   

1. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
   

1. Strong understanding of data warehousing
   

1. Familiarity with cyber security concepts, trends, and industry best practices is a plus.
   

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
   

1. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   

1. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
