Join our dynamic team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you will play a key role leading teams, solving complex problems, and making a real impact in an innovative environment.
This role supports an Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program. It ensures that Agile best practices are followed and that each feature is integrated and completed in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Ensure consistency of Agile processes across teams in accordance with SAFe®.
- Conduct process reviews and manage requirements, design, testing, and validation activities within the software development lifecycle.
- Use Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) to track and manage Agile processes, including feature design, documentation analysis, requirements evaluation, and testing.
- Export detailed Agile Process Services tasks from EWM for monthly reports.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Create and maintain data models to support business intelligence tools and systems.
- Communicate insights and trends to all stakeholders (both technical and non-technical).
- Present data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies and operations.
