About the Role








The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will support analytics, data strategy, data integrity, and planning within the Cardiology Group sales team. Designated as the reporting and data expert within Sales Ops, this role is responsible to bridge the gap between business strategy, data science, and user experience to deliver data-driven solutions. This position will interact with various sales, marketing, and finance leaders. It is responsible for building, managing, and influencing commercial sales reporting and dashboards to enable the organization to grow at scale for future years. This role balances understanding not only the intricacies of how data flows and is consumed, but also strong analytical ability, business acumen, solution focused mindset, and comprehensive organizational skills. β€― β€―








Your responsibilities will include:




  • Provide key reporting analytics and visual insights to management and sales teams to inform field strategies

  • Support development of scalable processes, tools, and resources for the sales organization to execute strategic priorities

  • Monitor and support sales operation reporting/dashboards in Tableau that assist commercial leadership in managing the business and measuring progress of key initiatives

  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials for sales leadership, executives, and other stakeholders

  • Design and manage report access and security structures to ensure the right information gets to the right audiences

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs for data, translate them into use cases, and prioritize a plan based on strategic goals and value

  • Ensure data models align with organizational standards and support efficient data analysis and reporting

  • Recommend improvements to the data operating model, including governance, workflow, roles, and responsibilities necessary for effective and efficient delivery

  • Partner with internal IT teams to confirm data infrastructure accurately meets business needs, prioritize and monitor IT development initiatives

  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies as they occur, identify criticality and impact, provide support and appropriate workarounds

  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the division (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, etc.)

  • Ensure alignment with proposed strategies and facilitate collaboration towards common goals








Requirements



  • Experience in Tableau and SQL

  • Strong Tableau modeling experience with proven expertise in designing and implementing data models that facilitate accurate and efficient data analysis

  • Experience working with large and complex data sets, and the ability to clearly communicate summary information from that data in a simple form to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges

  • Prioritization and time management skills to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives

  • Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, and partner with key stakeholders in driving goals

  • A positive attitude, the ability to work effectively in a team and collaboration skills to build long term relationships with stakeholders
